Ron Paul’s Health Freedom Bills

The FDA in their infinite wisdom (according to them and their vested interests) consider supplements that may be of benefit for heath conditions to be considered as unapproved “drugs”. How nuts can it get?

While not everyone likes broccoli or apples or rare steak it is our god given right to eat what we want and take the supplements we want.

If the idiots in Washington had half a clue, they would recognize that the reason we need supplements in the first place is mainly due to poor food production practices. The soil our grandparents farmed in has sadly been quite depleted.

To further restrict the information about supplements as an extension of our food consumption is pure lunacy. Small wonder that the trust in governments is very low according to survey.

We support Representative Ron Paul’s bills – HR 3394, the Freedom of Health Speech Act, and HR 3395, the Health Freedom Act.  Implementing the intent of Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) is long overdue.

We have the right to use the foods, including supplements, of our choosing for a healthy life style.

We applaud Ron Paul and like minded legislators with the integrity to take on the vested interests and put the wellbeing of the public ahead of the greed and nonsense so rampant in this sector.
